Hi, I’m Monica!

I’m a therapist who believes in meeting you exactly where you are. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—creative, empowering, and grounded in non-judgment. I’m real, sometimes direct, and often use metaphor to bring clarity to what might feel confusing or overwhelming. I’m an ally to all and value working with people from diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.

I believe you already hold the answers within you—my role is to help you uncover and trust them. I work with teens navigating identity and independence, young adults finding their path, adults in life transitions, and families building stronger connections. I especially enjoy working with couples to rebuild trust, improve communication, and co-parent with more respect and ease.
