Meet Charlotte!

A woman sitting in an office, smiling, with her chin resting on her hand, wearing a purple blazer and a black top.

I specialize in supporting individuals who have experienced , or are currently experiencing trauma. Many of my clients seek therapy to heal from family and relationship trauma, abuse, divorce, sexual trauma, vicarious work trauma, medical trauma, substance use, combat and military-related trauma, co-occurring disorders, and ADHD, as well as finding balance in high-stress work environments.

My approach is client-centered, warm, and straightforward, built on a strong and trusting client–therapist relationship. I use trauma-focused, evidence-based therapies, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to help clients process both past and recent events, clarify how they want their future to look, and develop the skills to get there.

In addition to my private practice work, I’ve served in the military/DoD at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center and have experience across all levels of substance use treatment and various trauma-focused programs. I believe therapy should be both creative and personalized, and I’m committed to tailoring treatment to meet each client’s unique needs.
